"I purchased a KIDCO baby gate from Bazingaroo through Amazon. I received the gate and it was missing TWO side attachments. I received the gate in November, contacted them about the missing parts, and was kept hanging on until JANURARY! Then, I was told the parts were on backorder until February. Bazingaroo did refund me the price of the gate, but after the last email in January, I have NEVER heard back from them. I send emails and never get a response. They are horrible! I am thankful for the refund on the gate, but now, I have a gate that still can't be used because it is missing two very important pieces. I think it is very unprofessional to not respond to a customer when they repeatedly attempt to contact you. At the very least, just tell me that you can not get the replacement parts and leave it at that. Instead, I have basically been led along this whole time. Do your business elsewhere, or be prepared to receive a defective item."

"This place is a scam. The item I ordered was used and broken on arrival. The item had been returned to them before as broken and then resent to me. I suspect on returning the item I will be informed that it was 'new' when they shipped it to me (though I have a copy of the previous RMA letter inside the box) and will receive back only a portion of the original payment made to Amazon. Next, they will offer this item again for sale as new."

"This is a place I will never go back to. I expected to get a professional meat grinder for a good price. What I got was something that was dirty and must have been fixed and resold, so when I got it, it worked for no more than 5 minutes and then it stopped. I called them and said it was a birthday gift for my girlfriend but found I needed it before her birthday so I gave it to her early. Boy was I surprised to see a $134 piece of crap that was garbage using a soft ham. Since Amazon referred me to them, I have also removed them from any future shopping. Be careful what you buy and don't. sit on it, because they are selling garbage. It's not such a good deal when you are dealing with rip-off companies. Just want this not to happen to someone else."
