"Where to start? There are so many things wrong with this company. First things first: placed the order, credit card was charged almost immediately, product didn't ship for over a week. Sent a couple of emails to customer support that went unanswered. Ended up calling a few times until someone picked up the phone and said they were having trouble with their inventory system or something to that order. Fair enough, but if that was the case, then why not wait to charge the credit card until the issues were resolved? That was the first red flag.
On the 3rd or 4th phone call I was informed my item had shipped, but I never received a shipping confirmation email. Second red flag.
Item arrives over 2 weeks after placing the order. Opened it up and it was not the same product brand/model they had advertised on the product page. Now I'm having compatibility problems with the item, which would not exist had I gotten the item they had advertised in the first place. I contacted them inquiring about the return process and it turns out I would be responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back, so no matter what, I will lose money even though I did nothing wrong.
Overall, the worst internet company I have ever done business with. I will stay away from them in the future."

here is my story
i ordered from then on Jan 19th 2011 paid with paypal (the best way to go with these unknown sites)
and received a "New Order" email confirming my order and stating that when the order ships i will receive an email and tracking #
well that never happened and after 10 days i saw they were selling the exact same item again so i knew the reason that i did not get my item or an email about it could not be because they were out if stock!!!!
so i opened a dispute with paypal about not receiving my order To that they quickly responded to me be email telling me the reason i did not receive my order is...
from their email
"Your should receive tracking information today.
We are not of stock on this item.
We are a little backed up in shipments because we had a shipping mishap where we inadvertently sent shipments to the wrong cities and states.
We don't want that to happen agin so we are a little backed up."
i could not believe they said it was OOS
and to top it off after telling me it would ship that day in fact it did not not ship for 2 more days after that
Now i will tell you that i did receive my order and have been testing it and i am glad to say my item WORKS PERFECTLY
i can't help but wonder what would have happened if i did not open a paypal dispute
