"I believe this is my first interaction with BeachCamera though I have heard of it for so many years. I guess there must be a reason why I made my first purchase here now and...not a happy camper in the end.

I purchased a Samsung tablet and the product was delivered quickly, 5-star here.
On the same night I got it at home, I realized that it was sold for a little over $100 from another reputable firm which I have done business with for years. I contacted BeachCamera, informed of the overpriced and requested either a match or an RAN. BeachCamera was really good in communication, provided me an RAN and informed me that I'll get a label to ship back. Though I was disappointed that the item must be returned, I was happy that BeachCamera handled the situation honestly and well.

What surprised me was that later BeachCamera changed its mind and stated that I must pay for the return S/H due to it was not its mistake. Well, surely I never claimed that it was BC's mistake, but going back on its words and in a pennywise pound foolish manner clearly had not earned me the respect to do any future business with BC.

Update:
BeachCamera has responded to my review in a very personal and impressive way: Alex Zehavi from Customer Satisfaction Team contacted me via email then followed up with a phone call on Sunday morning to rectify the bad experience I had encountered. BeachCamera will reimburse me the return S/H cost, as well as provided me a discount coupon for future purchases. I'm truly impressed with such Customer Service. Thank you Alex, your cares really make great differences."
