"The bike was a well made bike, it was easy to finish putting it together after delivery. The bike unfortunately did not work for me. It was a girl's bike and the bar was too high for me when trying to get on and off. I was very disappointed when I had to return it. Beachbikes was very good about making arrangements for pick-up. The only problem has been trying to collect my refund. Hopefully it won't take much longer. "

"Impossible to get any one on the phone to pick up the bike. Finally did make a pick up time and no one was there. Had to return twice. There have been mechanical problems with the bike since we purchased it and no one will get back to us to fix the bike. I would not recommend purchasing a bike from Beachbikes"

"So frustrating to deal with, they don't return calls, emails, and rarely pick up the phone. I had to contact them multiple times to see if my bike had shipped as NO ONE called to tell me they didn't have it in stock when i ordered it and it said 5 days to ship! It took 2.5 months then when i got the bike it was not the correct order!! Careful ordering custom bikes from them, they are not a custom company and this is a trick! They do not remove decals as promised and they "fit" my bike with a rack that it is not compatible with. What a nightmare to deal with from across the country... Mentioned them to the bike company I had it shipped to and they said they've heard bad things about Beach Bikes, so beware!!"

"Love my bike! So fun to ride and it looks great! A little tricky to put together, but I managed to put it together myself in about 3 hours with no prior experience of building anything. Plus I got a free basket, bell and cup holder!"

"Let me start my saying shipping was so fast. Granted I am not too far but I ordered my cruiser on Sunday, I got it Tuesday afternoon. Impressed! Upon delivery it came in a regular large box, opened it up and the bike was well protected. There was a TINY, tiny mark on a part of the frame but really no harm, no foul, you can't even see it. It is otherwise PERFECT. The color, I got the teal blue, is just how it looks in the photos. The seat is very comfortable, the entire bike was easy to assemble too. I love the old school look of the back rack and white wall tires. Overall, the frame seems very sturdy which is what I was looking for and I am glad I spent the extra money on a nice bike I felt comfortable riding. Rides smooth, brakes will take some "brake"-ing in - PUN intended - but work as well as any reverse brakes. Again, shipping was fast, bike is exactly as described... "I ordered a bike and was called two days later and was told they did not have the bike. After looking at order i realized an order had been placed for 3 speed when I asked for single speed. A new order was placed for single speed. Four days later the original 3 speed arrived missing front frame for fenders and several bolts and s rews. To save time and money i kept the 3 speed and I am still waiting for fender frame. The bolts and screws arrived with out the fender frame."
