"The bike came weeks and weeks later than promised. When I called I got voice mail or someone who was not knowledgeable and could not answer my questions. So, I waited for callbacks which either did not come so I called back and left more messages and finally days later someone called. I really wanted to speak with someone who knew the bikes but the phone rep knew nothing. Finally the bike arrived but, by then, the enthusiasm (it was a birthday gift that was due before the birthday and came several weeks later) was long gone. The bike was a let down as well. Several hundred bucks down the drain... chalking it up to experience. No more mail order bikes for me."
"I ordered a men's bike, and meant to order a woman's. I called immediately, spoke to someone who said they would correct my error and send the woman's bike, not a problem. A week later when I received the shipping confirmation, it was for the men's version. I called back to follow up and there was no record of my call or previous conversation. Because it was my error I wasn't going to really make a big deal, they said I could refuse shipment, have it sent back and they would then send the woman's bike. I didn't have any faith and decided to keep the men's bike! Which is fine, a tad big but totally rideable. The second person I spoke too said they would send a basket, bell and cup holder to "make up" for my troubles and the miscommunication. It's been 7 months, still waiting! The bike and shipping costs aren't cheap, so I really should've pushed but I can't be bothered after multiple conversations that got me no where! "

"I was ordering multiple bikes, and called them twice to confirm all the bikes were in stock. The answer was yes both times, so I confirmed the order by phone. I receive an email two days later that the order shipped without a couple bikes. This was frustrating because I was told twice the bikes were in stock. What was more disappointing was that it took 6+ weeks to get the bikes I ordered back in stock, and shipped to me. Why don't they know what they have in stock? I have since received the bikes and I am satisfied with the bikes, but disappointed at the service."

"Pretty disappointing when you buy a brand-new bike that's $300 and you get it and there something rattling in the frame my husband had to work on this multiple times as well as the pedal falling off just really disappointing he bought my bike from another company and I've had nothing wrong with mine will probably never use these guys again"
