"I generally like the quality of their beads but unfortunately a lot of the beads are always out of stock. They never seem to have the popular ones available. They also take way too long to ship. For example I placed my last order on November 26th and I received notice it was only shipped today on December 8th. I was shocked it took so long. Their customer service did not contact me to let me know if there was any problem with my order. I live overseas so the order is going to take at least another 2-3 weeks to arrive. Other companies will take about 2-4 days maximum to ship. "
