"The associate did not honor the correct price on the socks I purchased and did not try to explain to me how she got the price she got compared to what the actual price was. She then argued with me on what the price was so I just left and it cost me on my gift card as she did not know what she was doing. She was dumb and didn't know what she was talking about and you could tell she did not want to be there. I will not go back to this Bealls again."
"I notice that I was not the only one trying to get someone to help me. There was only one lady at the main registers. The others were to busy trying to get their merchandise put out. I think when someone comes into your department you should make it a priority to stop and ask them if you can help."
"I tried to purchase several items off the website with a 50% discount. The website kept saying there was a malfunction. Contacted customer service and they were very helpful. They responded the following day and said to contact them and they would place order for me with the discount. Only problem was several of the original items were no longer available and the price had increased on my remaining items."
