"I really love your stores! I shop in New Mexico stores and Texas stores. I would like to see clearance items or deals more clearly marked -deal signs are being left up after sales- questions I ask about deals usually go unanswered or I am told that deal is already off. It would be nice if more of your sales associates in West Texas (odessa) spoke English. It’s hard to get questions answered when we aren’t speaking the same language."

"My experience with Bealls was excellent! I walked in to buy a cologne, but I did not see it. The lady asked if I needed help, so I told her I received a cologne sample card in the mail, and that the picture was of a green bottle. I recognized the first bottle that she picked up! Then she reached for and picked up a blue box. Then she checked me out. Mission accomplished! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!"

"I was in Bealls in Alamogordo , on Christmas Eve in the evening around 5p.m. with my daughter .We were doing some last minute shopping. I was very unhappy and uncomfortable on this day. We were ready to go check out , with the cashier. When all of a sudden four other employees, kept asking , if we were ready to pay for our things. I dont know how many times we had to tell the other employees, we were ok. It was terrible, its like either the manager , these other girls , thought we were going to steal. Plus this short older hispanic lady stood behind the cashier that was helping us , like as if we were doing something wrong . Then as our cashier was finishing up with us . Another girl employee came and stood behind the cashier that was helping us . My daughter and i left the Bealls store very upset ! The way we were treated and being stared at while waiting to pay for our things we were buying !! "

"I love this store here in Alamogordo N.M.I’m in a wheelchair now and depend on other people, so it’s not very easy to get out and about.Bu I worked one Christmas season there and loved it in the early 90ties. The Manager is outstanding and I’m very happy that he never left."
