"I normally have a good experience but this location every time we go there’s no associates around. I had to wait at least 15 mins at the register, walked around to flag an associate that turned out to be a Clinique associate. There’s no staff to help at all. Very poorly staffed."

"The overall experience was fine. I needed a beauty product,but the sales associate for that department was not scheduled until later in the day. Thankfully I knew exactly what I needed , and another associate was able to get the product and check me out. Otherwise I would have had to travel back to the store 5 hours later."

"I went to the store to buy 2 pairs of shoes. I saw a price of 58 dollars with a door buster tag sticking out with a price tag of 33.99. When I asked the lady why it was priced 25 dollars over and the discount was only 10% she couldn’t answer and went to get the store mgr John Davis. He came over and very rudely started accusing me of pulling the tags out when I explained that there were several of those tags sticking out from the higher tags. He then started to say that those were incorrect and it was just the 10% off. I walked away from him since he was so unprofessional and the conversation was going no where. I took a picture of it and shared it so everyone could see how this place works. I want to finish paying off my card with them and be done."
