"I found a coat I loved at a store near my home. It was great quality and with a coupon I couldn't believe the great clearance price. So of course they didn't have my size. The associate called another store across town and that store found it in my size and put it back for me. It was waiting behind the counter when I got there. Customer service above and beyond from both stores."

The girls before me had a sensor someone did not take off and had to return to take it off. He didn't offer a apology of any kind for the inconvenience even if it wasn't him. He treated them poorly and they were not upset or rude with him to receive that kind of service. My store is normally in Snyder but come here when I'm in town. Terrible experience."
