"Although I went into the store with about an hour an a half before the store closed, associates working and losing that night were more into their closing procedures rather than helping bring down the lines that were getting longer. Also, it might have just been a long day for the associates, but they all looked like they didn't want to be there instead of smiling and greeting customers as they passed by. The store's appearance looks great by the way. Whomever the store manager is has done a great job keeping the store organized unlike the previous management who let the appearance and quality of customer service go downhill. The store is improving but the associates need more training on being more efficient and productive, rather than standing around the cosmetics counter and the makeup sections, in conversation and laughing."

"Kind of annoying to see all the associates behind the perfume counter conversating. I'm sure there is plenty to do in that store and to make matters worse, I overheard that one of the ladies conversating and not doing what they needed to do was a Store Manager from the Bealls store in Hobbs. I just thought that was very unprofessional and lacked leadership towards others even if she is a store manager from another store."
