"I was promptly greeted by Nancy. She was bright and cheerful and smelled so beautiful! I let her know I had not been to the store before and she let me know where everything was located. I was greeted by and associate in every department that I went to and was helped with everything I needed. I felt like a VIP while I was there. Nancy came to check on me several times and I just had the best time! I will definitely be back to this location, and I will ask for Nancy by name! She is fabulous, and the store is so clean and beautiful!"

"I was not satisfied with the way the associate I dealt with spoke with the previous customer. She seemed to belittle him and I did not appreciate that. He had a slight language barrier and she seemed impatient. For the system to be down and the store under cash only purchases she did not have enough change in the cash register and seemed frustrated she would have to get more cash. Your store is not cheap and I would expect, if you're requesting customers only pay in cash, that you properly prepare to make change for large sums of money. There is clearly poor planning and preparation for a system wide failure of the electronic payment. I just needed to make a quick exchange of shoes that were purchased during the holiday season for my daughter. I provided the gift receipt and the associate told me it was a coupon, it clearly was marked with gift receipt. I then provided the original receipt and was told that I may have to wait for the exchange due to the system outage. I was confused as to why she was telling me this since I was not getting money back, simple exchange of sizes. The associate was finally able to make the exchange with no issue, but I feel like she didn't want to handle my transaction or was just ill trained. Either way, terrible customer service witnessed and received today."
