"The experience from a customer service perspective was positive. The sale signs were not clear. The store cleanliness, organization and presentation was not good. Polite staff however. Also one small thing, there was an associate listening to her own music from her phone in her pocket and it was very distracting and kind of ride. She was helping another customer and didn't even put the volume down or pause it. This really bothered my wife and I."

"I knew what I wanted and after finding an available associate who went to the stock room to look for more of the same item in the size I wanted (she found just one - it was Bali Skimp Skamp ****) I was appreciative of her efforts and gave feedback to the store manager after check out. Lingerie items I purchased were 40% off the regular price and another item (capri pants) were marked 50% off. Plus I had a $10 gift certificate I was sent by the company for my birthday, so overall I saved quite a bit on the purchases I made."
