I have many accounts, and when something that happens out of my control, and when it is a Company's Fault , I feel it should be made right to the customer. In my case even when I called customer Service I was told there was nothing they could do but wait 72 hours for my account to clear up and then buy for my Daughters Baby shower and give it to her LATE!!! Very Rude and not very Customer Service Oriented at all"
