"Usually very good. Though today my experience has made me see why the store is going out of business. My purchase was done incorrectly, it should had been $70(without tax) with my $30 coupons/b-day award and advertised half off, instead it was $85 (without tax). These coupons were not applied correctly, they were deducted before the store sale price making my purchase $15 more then it should had been. I ended up losing $15 worth of my coupons which included my $10 bday gift.I have been an awards member with your company for years & i receive coupons plus a bday $10 coupon every year. I was told this is your policy and that they have always done it this way, if that is correct then why have all my other purchases came out correctly before? I am extremely upset over this and believe the store made a mistake and is trying to scam customers. Three different sale signs (10%,20%,40% off) seemed randomly placed on racks...was very confusing which discount applied to which items. It would have been helpful to have a scanner to verify pricing before getting to the register."
