The frustration resulted from the swimwear racks being so overstuffed that every time I selected one to look at, three or four items were either attached and dangling, or dropped to the floor. This was the case in the entire swimwear area. It would seem organizing the inventory on enough racks to prevent this would be a no-brainer."
