"I liked ordering on the phone because the customer service was very helpful and courteous. The store in Belen has saleswomen that don't know what they're doing and as a result had me waste my time looking to exchange boots for my granddaughter and then changing their mind and not wanting to do it. Because of this experience I don't feel like shopping in this Bealls store anymore and I'm not sure I'll order from the customer service because I'd have to pick up the order at the store. I don't understand how someone that's being paid to work there can be so rude and not appologize when they make a mistake like they did with me."
