"I had to wait while the older associate yacked with two customers that she had already checked out. the second assoc.Cierra #001532251 was rude. I asked her to help with which of the items I selected were on sale, as the signs are on racks that have different sections. She just took everything off the hangers, and started ringing everything up, and declared my total. I asked her again what the price of each item was, and that it was not on the screen. She told me that is broken and started tobag the items. I asked again for her to tell me the final prices of the items and in a huff she went through them tossing them into piles on the counter. When I was satisfied with the prices of the items, she rebagged them and grabbed the reciept and a coupon reciept and said here, and that ones a coupon turned her back on me and walked off. I do not purchace items with out know the price. I asked her 3 different time to give me that information, and without a working sales screen, I had no idea of the prices. She was rude and short and put out. "My local Bealls store is a friendly place to browse or shop. The associates know my buying habits (clearance!) and are always willing to help me in any way. My shopping experience is really an fun excursion due to the people who work there and rates high on my list of places to regularly frequent in my small hometown. I feel as though I hit the jackpot each time I purchase from the sale or clearance locations in the store. Additionally, I an able to dress well in quality clothing for far less than any store in my area."
