"We shopped on Black Friday. It was well-organized; staff met us outside, gave us raffle tickets, offered 'ticket' to buy TV set. They made it less stressful for all. Only thing they could have done better is to open another cash register when the lines began or have a sign pointing out checkouts. BTW, some questions on this survey were difficult - I did't ask for help, nor did I test knowledge, so prefer a response of did not use - I erred on the side of perfect so I wouldn't negatively impact store scores. Also, some questions were not either Yes or No..more like, I haven't noticed (maybe 32, 33 )"

The gifts I have given to family and friends from this store have always been liked. Also, it's great to have the store so close where I have a variety of products and brands to choose from."

"The petites section was very small. I usually shop at a different department store, and in comparison, Bealles was too expensive with fewer sales. I was shopping for denim in petites. There two or three brands and most styles came with comfort band which is undesirable for my age group.Furthermore, the displays in the aisles made it impossible to maneuver the shopping cart while shopping."
