"Today at Bealls we went to check out at the main customer service center. Old caucasian women with short hair and glasses looked bothered, walked over. Never greeted us, never gave a courteous someone will be right with you or anything. The young cashier came over from a quick restroom break which I know because the older rude women proceeded to scold her in front of us and the customers behind me. Very unprofessional, lack of customer service. You can tell this is a women who has probably been employed here for several years and is just going though the motions versus enjoying her career. Younger cashier was very knowledgeable and friendly."
