"The associates were very rude when i was checking out. I was not welcomed when i entered the store. While checking out i wasn't asked if i found everything OK or told thank you. The lady that checked me out did not smile or even speak to me. The only thing she said was the total of my purchase. I have never felt so unwelcome at a place of business. i don't think i will be returning to this store."

"Well the majority of the associates are veryfriendly there are at least 2 that are not too friendly and one that is rude but over all the aisles are clean and I can go in and find what I need . also my size in shoes when I go in I can never find my size it's so hard and sometimes I have to go to Lubbock which is 35 miles away just to get my size .. which is 71/2.."
