"In this last visit was excellent (4/24/18-6pm); but several weeks ago when Bealls had the promotion $10coupon was horrible, the sunrise mall store in Brownsville, TX didn't have enough employees to work the cash register, I honestly waited for close to an hour to pay, I was upset,upset. Very poor planning. Let me tell you, the management in that store are experience but drop the ball. I'm glad it closes at 9:30pm but regretless don't save in cutting hours to employees at our expense and make us wait. Very upsetting. Mike (manager) very friendly and helpful all the time and several other lady employees in the BEALLS -sunrise mall-Brownsville, TX."
