"Two associates were awesome yesterday. Priscilla was in infants dept. I was shopping and needed help with prices. She was patient, kind, and very helpful. Irma was at the register and also kind and very helpful. She apologized for the long wait and this made an impression on me because it's not her fault. Every time I go to this store I look for her because she's informative and knowledgeable about the items I shop for. I don't know who is responsible for the employees' work schedules or hours but I know that more people would make purchases if more registers were open and have better customer service where employees could help customers with their shopping needs. I easily could have purchased more items but there were no sales clerks available to help."
