"Poor. Short staffed. I had to stand and wait 10 min for help at make up counter. Associated never greeted me, ignored me! I finally went and asked for help. Was told I'd have to wait. I never complain so i stood and waited. If there had been a diff store in town to buy my make up I would of just walked out. An associate was battling a mannequin and after she finished finally stepped out to help me.. why did she wait that long to help me! I purchased my makeup said thank you politely and walked out. I'll go back but the managers need to know this. They should greet customers and offer help asap or call for help!"

"As I said before the associate was too busy talking to her friend about a family member that was I'll instead of waiting on customers. Me and several others stood and waited while one associate tried to pick up slack . When amber did finally come to wait on us she was short & very rude. The friend she was talking to apologized for taking up her time with personal business ."
