"Very frustrating. I had a $10.00 Birthday Coupon and asked if I could use that along with the 40 & Fabulous discount given on Tuesdays. Clerk asked another lady and she said yes. (This was a Monday evening).. So I came back the next evening to purchase some Polo cologne ($98.00) for my husband. When I went to check out, I was told I could NOT use both discounts, so I chose the 20% discount. Then I shopped again to use my $10.00 Birthday coupon and the total came to $9.98, and I was told it would not accept my coupon because it had to be at least $10.00. So I had to scamper around to find something cheap so I could use coupon. Very frustrating experience. Another thing which I highly dislike about shopping the sale and clearance racks of clothes is there is no organization - no order. You have to go through hundreds of chirts/blouses to find the correct size. I got really tired of that and I gave up. It has gotten so much worse in the past year. I don't understand why the sales people don't even attempt to put the sizes together when they are idle. And I did see several clerks idle quite a bit."
