"Product and selection are pretty decent, however in the Burkburnett TX store, the associates are much more interested in gossip and looking at their phones than helping customers. Anytime bi have ever asked for assistance it has been met with sighs and the associates acting as though they would rather have a tooth pulled than to help me find anything. On a different occasion I asked an associate if they had a particular item I was looking for, they very curtly said no out of stock....came back, same day on a different shift and my item was found in less than 3 minutes. This store is the only stage/Bealls that is close to my home, so that is why I continue to shop there. And that is the only reason. If there were one within a half hour drive, I would not go in this one."
