"The customer service at the Burley Bealls is absolutely disgusting. The store manager, assistant manager and sales associates were plain rude when I asked for help and didn’t help me all they said was we don’t have it anymore so I took it upon myself to look around for myself and I found what I was looking for even after the sales associate mentioned they didn’t have anymore. And when I was finally ready to check out the store manager was just sitting on her phone and decided to call one of the other girls to come help me. I waited there for more than 5minutes until they finally came up and helped me. And while I was being helped the sales associate wasn’t friendly at all."
