"it took 45 minutes and the associate had to re-ring my purchases 3 different times, each time i cautioned them they were doing it wrong. i had pay back rewards, store coupons and used my bealls card to get discounts, each time is got screwed up, 3 calls to district manager to get it straightened out, all this could have been avoided had they just listened."

"This was my first visit to this bealls and it was wonderful. The coupons were great they made the prices go down pretty big! It was a great experience, but I will say that the coupon exclusions are confusing. I can only use the coupons I got for applying on half of the home department and the other half ends in a .98 so I cant use my coupons. Only works with items that end in .99. Very silly and confusing. I loved the clothing seems to be very good quality! But all the knick nacks in the home department looks terrible. Very cluttered and who buys those! Thank you ladies for the great customer service though, you were all very kind and helpful!"
