"***ociate would not look up. She was sitting behind the counter and tried not to make eye contact. Finally my friend prompted her by saying excuse me the second time. When she got up to help us she acting like she was mad at the world and acted as if we had offended her by asking for help. It took her a great deal of time to find a product we needed and said she couldn't find the other color we were interested in. I asked her if it was on sale per the sign and she snapped at me and told me No, it's not valid right now. Not very good customer service. The bad part is I think she may have been a manager??? Not a rewarding experience by any means."
