"When I entered the store the young associate just stared at me. I finally smiled and said hi, she softly said hi back. I picked out three items. Then at check out, I approached the counter. I placed the items on the counter. The same young associate at the register did not make eye contact. The a manager came and opened her drawer and started counting all the money. At no time did either woman acknowledge me standing there with my items on the counter. I finally looked at my husband and said this is rude. They could have said something to me..anything, but they didn't. I took my items and went to look for another register. There was no other associate to help me. I had no choice but to go back up front. When I went back the same young lady checked me out. She was such a shell of a woman. No eye contact, hard to hear, plain just acted like she didn't want to be there. I told my husband I have never had such a rude experience. This is the first time I felt unwanted in the store."

"I went in for Black Friday items. One item was a Sic cup. They had them and the sign said 9.99. When I got to the counter they said they could not ring it up and I could not but the cup. I didn’t understand. There were about 20 of them there. It clearly was the right item, but they couldn’t type in 9.99 and sell them. I wasn’t the only customer trying to purchase."
"I enjoy shopping at Bealls. I went in today because of a BOGO text I received. At the check out counter the associate was very nice to me and informed me that they were having a computer issue. The register would not let her do a BOGO purchase. Even after the manager came, there was nothing she could do either. She explained that due to the computer issue they were taking down all the BOGO signs. Again everyone was extremely nice to me, but I went in for the BOGO deal. I went ahead and made my purchase, but I can say I was not real happy about it."
