"I tried to get them to look up my stage card in a bealls store and they could not. They only thing that would come up was my closed Bealls card. THe manager go fired adn the assistant manager was out of medical. The ladies that were there did not have an authorization phone number to call to get to my account. THis took 30 plus minutes of numerous phone calls. Finally we just opened up a new bealls account so that I could get the hell out of there. THis had nothing to do with the staff, but your tech support and customer support teams failed these women horribly."
