I had a $10 off coupon while i was purchising and she told me i couldnt use it with out even looking at the coupon. i was yass mam i can ( i had bought makeup) she said i couldnt use it for makeup i was it doesnt exclude that ... she started reading the coupon and well i could use !!!! I think yall need more friendly people and ones that pay attention !!! ( why i tought she was being racist well my mom purchuse before me and had 2 coupons and she didnt let her use the other one even if making to purchase ohh and before my mom there was another hispanic ladie with coupon and she didnt even let her use herss"

"The associate that checked me out Bryan, #001659102 was a young man that appeared to be new and he was very nice and polite. He can be a great asset to the store. The woman that was the supervisor was NOT.. she was not friendly, she did make a price adjustment on an item I purchased but she was not happy about it and then she initially told me the coupon I had was not usable even though the register had already taken it. It seemed to annoy her that she was wrong. As a general statement, the associates in this store are not friendly or helpful. They seem to all stand around ...the dressing rooms were filthy not only with clothes left in there but the floors were covered with dust and trash. The racks were not neat and the clothes are just crammed in there. Also there are so many racks in the womens dept that you can barely walk through them and you certainly can not see what is hanging there. Unfortunately, in my town there is very little competition for this store and they obviously do not feel the need to try to have a nice store. I do shop in here because there are few other choices but I do know other Bealls stores are much more professionally managed and the merchandise is nicer as well. This store was remodeled not long ago and it should be a nice place to shop but it is obvious that the staff is not interested in that being the case. Today's experience was quite typical of other times I have been there with the exception of Bryan who was a bright spot. (and No, I do not know him)"
"The cashier was very busy but so friendly! She is about to have a baby (like any day) and it was right at closing time but she was smiling and thanking each customer - so friendly and welcoming that I actually purchased one item that I originally had put back because it was so expensive. The receipt says her name is Haley."
"I know this is Texas & it's hot in July, but the store was so hot even the associates were complaining, they said the break room to hot to even go into. I would have shopped longer if it wasn't so miserably hot. There were large dust balls on the dressing room floor. There is always a line at the counter. I shop at this location because it's the only place to purchase nice clothes in my town, and the prices for what I buy is good. The associate who checked me out said the coupon I had wouldn't work on all my items, so I put things back. When I got home & looked at my receipt, the coupon did work on every item. You lost sales on several things I put back."
