"I went to purchase some shoes at a Bealls in Columbus, Tx. When I arrived at the register the associate, her name was Melinda I believe, told me I'd have to wait patiently in line since there was a customer ahead of me. And I was okay with this because I wasn't in a hurry and I didn't mind waiting. But after this the associate proceeded to speak negatively about me to the customer in front of me about me being rude and not being considerate of the other customers which was not true. She was intentionally saying this loud enough for me to hear. I found this to be very insulting and hurtful. I'm not sure that I'll be returning to this store."

"In this case I am not happy because of the fact that the product has broken twice. I am not upset with Stage or their employees but I as a consumer do not think I should have to drive 40 minutes to a different store for a faulty product. Especially since this is the second time one has broken. I have treated the product well and it is obvious there is a manufacturing problem here. I buy a lot from Palais Royal and Bealls and I am just disappointed in the outcome so far of this situation. I love the clothes and the stores, but seriously a purse that breaks twice? In a 3 day period and a 2 month period?"
