"I shopped in Bealls and was very pleased with my experience."
"I was trying to place an order online from the store. While I was trying to sort out the shipping issue with the cashier, she had called out the associate by the name of Brenda, an assistant manager, inquiring about the shipping charge. I told them that I had ordered several times before from the store in the past and I didn’t have to pay shipping charges. The other assistant manager/manager on duty always took off the shipping charge. I was never informed that I have to spend certain amount to receive free shipping or if it was adjusted as part of customer’s courtesy. I thought the shipping was free regardless of the amounts spend when ordering from the store. A lot of department stores are offering free shipping regardless of the amounts spent when placing an order online from the store. As more conversation went on, I requested to speak to the other assistant manager that had helped me in the past. Then Brenda suddenly burst out loud saying that I’m so sick and tired of this, I’m so annoyed by this, I have enough of this, and this is so ridiculous!(She said something in that nature) at the same time while typing on the cash register with agitated body posture. She was very rude and unprofessional to act like that to a customer and in front of a middle school aged child that understands and aware of the situation. This is not the first time I have encountered this kind of rudeness behavior from her. Unprofessional behavior from an employee like her that makes customers not wanting to shop at your store."

"I enjoy shopping here and can usually find things that I want. My only complaint is the way rewards are redeemed. They are subtracted before any coupons. Thus you basically use them to pay off regular price. Because there is almost always a coupon etc you don't really receive the reward at full price. They call them a payback reward but then in smaller print they are called dollar-off discounts. If there is a 50% off coupon, you only get 50% value for your reward"
