"I shop at Beall's/Palais Royal often. I love the variety of clothes,shoes,handbags, etc. The quality of merchandise is always top notch and they have awesome discounts and promos. It has always been, by far, my favorite place to shop for myself and my family. Plus, the store is always clean and well-organized."
"Most associates friendly, one in particular went out of her way to assist during a very busy time. Limited styles and sizes and it was the FIRST DAY of big sale and tax free weekend. That was disappointing."

In MY opinion this store needs to have an Associate stand by the door at all times, and the merchandise needs to be put futher away from the door! The guy walked in grabbed about 10 shirts from the rack and out the door he ran taking all those shirts with him, He did this right in front of me..it was really scary"

"this shopping experience was like no other the store was robbed while I was exiting the store a man walked in took about 10 shirts and ran out the door. I suggest youl have an associate stand near the door and move your merchandise further away from the door. The man walked in grabbed a bunch of shirts an ran out. It was really scary he was right in front of me"
