I have always been loyal but there has been a big turnover in staff at this store and some of the newer employees don't seem competent in terms of knowing store policy. Sometimes, I have to tell them what the policy is. Also, an employee told me that Bealls is limiting customer perks to get customers to shop online vs. in the store. My initial thought, if this is accurate, is that there must be a plan to close this store."
