"This visit was horrible and made me not shop there today and I really wanted to use my coupon. Most associates at this store are friendly but there are SEVERAL that are rude and make me uncomfortable. This associate WAS RUDE AND IGNORED ME WHEN I ASKED TO LEAVE MY BOX BEHIND COUNTER (ONLINE ORDER THAT I PICKED UP) SO I COULD LOOK AROUND....SHE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED I ASKED HER. I WAS ALSO RETURNING ITEMS AND IT SEEMED TO BOTHER HER SINCE I HAD NO RECEIPT....I HAD TO ASK HER IF SHE COULD LOOK it up from my card. Very disappointed that this is the nearest Bealls located to me..."
"There are a few very nice and very friendly associates but MOST are rude and come off like they are looking down at people, seeming like they are better than others. They make me feel as though customers are bothersome to them IF they acknowledge customers at all. I understand sometimes people have off days but I've been here several times and EVERYTIME its the same clerks. Matter of fact I would have went there today but I'm not in the mood to feel bad about myself. (my off day I guess). Yesterday the Associate that helped me when I picked up my online order FLAT IGNORED ME when I asked her if I could leave my LARGE box behind counter while I browsed store... SHE NEVER ANSWERED AND WAS THE WORST CLERK EVER....I WALKED AROUND CARRYING A HUGE BOX SO I LEFT. I WAS EMBARRASED."
"I didn't really see a clerk while I was shopping. I needed assistance in the dressing room but no one was in the area. I came out of the dressing room to get items in a different size/color. I had to wait a minute or so at checkout to be acknowledged by anyone. The clerk who eventually rang up my purchases was very nice and accommodating."
"Good except the very rude older lady that works at estee lauder she waited on customer in front of me them looks at me amd tells me im gonna have to wait because someone a 16yr old was wanting a makeover at estee lauder and she was there first i was only one left in line to ck out"

"It is better than it was ... but clothes are not sorted well. I always find the wrong sizes mixed in with my size and my size in smaller or larger sections. Clothes fall off hangers and stay on floor. I always see one of the young girls texting rather than working! College near by so college girls are working and it shows. New manager helped for a while but it has slacked again!"
