"Store has really changedNot fair to a customer that purchased an item with a coupon to lose the coupon value just because needing to exchange the item.Also the register cheats the customer when using a coupon and the reward - it Lowe’s the coupon value when the reward is scanned. What is the purpose of having a reward if you’re going to lose some of the value when you stack it with another coupon. That is not right and a disgrace"

"There is never anyone to help with fragrances you just have to go get into the line then get the cashier to go get what you need.I would like to commend my cashier Ashley, I witnessed a customer being very rude to her, but she kept her cool and remained very professional even though I could tell she wanted to cry. I told her she was doing just fine and that she could never please everyone and that she was being very good at what she does."
