"I was greatly dissatisfied after browsing several departments and going to the dressing room twice I was never greeted by an associate. When finally settling on my purchase the woman at the Cinque counter did say hello. I proceeded to the register to check out and was the only one at the register and an associate was behind the counter...however instead of helping me she was cleaning out her purse. Finally after waiting there for nearly five minutes the Clinique lady stepped out from behind her counter suggested that I find another register. Which I did waiting in line at that one which took a while as well and finally when he was nearly finished with the lady infront of me he called for help from another register at which point I was asked to move to the children counter. At which point the lady seemed a little shocked that I was ready to check out and another associate...the one who was cleaning out her purse started carrying one a conversation with the associate who was checking me out not allowing her to wait on me. While I did purchase several items I left quite disappointed and plan on returning all or part of my purchases in a few days."

"I like the products at Beall's and love the coupon's that I receive regularly. I do wish more of the coupons would apply to Cosmetics and Frangrances. Their cost is always going up and at my age, I am on a limited budget but still want to buy these quality items more than once or twice a year."
