"Unset about not getting to use my $10.00 I got from my text on a $24.98 .. I had just used my $10.00 payback reward on earrings.. So if I returned the earrings to swap the two $10.00 so I could use them both they said I would lose my $10.00 payback And that is not RIGHT..If you send me the ten dollars to use I should be able to use it on ANYTHING.. This should really be looked at and be changed.."

"I am loving shopping at this store - I had previously completely stopped shopping at Bealls because the management in this store was so bad. I ran in one day because I needed a quick gift and was greeted by an associate at the door who offered me assistance - this had NEVER happened before. I shopped for what I needed and was offered help by several associates and then the store manager asked if she could be of help. WOW! This was a whole new store! I shop here often now and find the sales associates to be friendly and helpful - a VERY different atmosphere. The store is better organized and cleaner and just provides a new and better atmosphere for shopping - I love it! I even had a sales associate on this trip take me around in the store to find an item that I was looking for and when she didn't find it, she went on line to look for it for me. That kind of outstanding customer service will bring me back to shopping at this store. Congratulations to the new store manager for a complete turnaround in the shopping experience! (And other people in our community are saying the same thing about their shopping experience!)"

"When I walk in, the store is filled with boxes and clothes on racks cluttering the aisles so it makes it hard to manuever around the store and find what you need. I was in the store 20 minutes and not one associate came to greet me and ask if i needed help finding anything. I went to check out and stood for about 5 minutes without anyone suggesting to go to another register for faster checkout. Was not acknowledge at all. It is the only store with name brand in our small town so i will visit again. Please train your staff to be curteous and attentive to your customers. We are paying your salaries when we shop there."
