"I want to commend Carrell, Assoc#000814001. She made this a great experience. She called me by name, told me of discounts, commented on the items I was purchasing. She called out to me again when I was leaving. One of the best experiences ever, even in more expensive stores. Carrell is awesome."

"The store associates (excluding the new hire who checked us out) were very rude and had a loud tone of voice to not only me, but to other customers. They immediately cut me off when I tried to speak regarding my knowledge of sales and they tried to undermine what I already knew. Will not shop at this specific location due to the incompantancy of the associates and the rudeness of how they do business."
