"I've shopped at my local Bealls store for many years now however I feel that new employees still need training. For instance, if presented with an unfamiliar circumstance the most logical response for an inexperienced employee is to verify or ask a fellow employee for help. However this new employee acts and says things that are proven to be untrue yet says it as if she believes it is true instead of checking with someone who actually knows how to do the job. It happened with a coupon and then with a giftbox, I wish I could elaborate but I can't through this medium. Any who I can see how other customers will be turned off by her attitude."
