"I found the garments I needed readily. When I went to the fitting room, the floor was very dirty with hair, dirt and labels. I removed my shoes but had socks on so I tried to not let the garments get messed up. I went to the restroom and it was dirty and had no supplies (Bathroom tissue). The lady at check-out was friendly but ignored questions when I asked about discounts and prices. I will return to the Bealls store in Elgin, TX because it is the only dress shop available. I did go to Bastrop and buy items that are not available in Elgin Bealls."
"I could not find what was advertised so I went to ask a clerk. I waited while she was on her phone but she never looked up. So I spoke up, surprised she looked and I ask her where the item was. She was just as confused where to find the item as I was it appeared. We found the item so I stayed behind to look. I went to check out and this young lady and another young lady were both on the phone and the first young lady was back sitting on the counter. After a few minutes another lady walked up to the counter on the other side in which the clerk standing saw her. It was not until the other customer pointed me out did either of these girls glance above their cell phones."
"It was great, I never have any trouble shopping. I am on the curvier side and I’d like it if some of the junior clothes (high waisted shorts, crop tops) came more in my size. But other than that I enjoy shopping there all the time."

"So grateful there was a Bealls in Elgin. We daytripped to the 31st Hogeye Festival and was in dire need of socks....able to use my shopping pass and get a bogo 1/2 price...good deal and able to find quickly....would have bought more but color not in stock. Also there were no UT longhorn items available. Love Bealls."
