"***ociates are so nice and helpful every time I shop at this store."

"There were only 3 people in the store. 2 were checking out with long lines of people and the other one didn't offer any help. I stood next to her to wait until she was done to ask for help but gave up after 5 minutes of feeling invisible. One lady told me that she was new but that doesnt seem like a good answer. I waited in the line and could hear other customers getting upset. The experience was terrible. The store was dirty and I couldn't shop well because I didn't want to dig."

"It was great but the new check out associate is not very pleasant. I have checkout with her 3 times in total visits. Her response to everything is I dont know, no, does not even attempt to ask another associate and gets moody when asked multiple questions."
