"Very dissatisfied overall. Went to purchase shoes, all mixed and nothing organized or priced and many boxes missing it’s pair. Tried to purchase clothes, unable to access more than half of racks due to boxes being in the way but other parts of the store mostly empty...seemed unnecessary to block product when the boxes could have been by the empty racks instead."

"I purchased an item today with original price of $39.98. It was supposed to be on sale for 10% off which should have brought it down to $35.98. I also had two $10 rewards to use which should have brought the price down to $15.98 then add our sales tax of 7.6% to total $17.19. I paid $19.35 because your systems take the $20 rewards off the original price prior to taking the 10% off then add the tax. You are ripping off your customers. This is not the first time this has happened to me or someone else I know. It’s sad that you allow this to happen but it’s worse when your staff knows it’s going on and doesn’t say anything to you and makes the customer feel horrible when we say something about being charged too much"

"OMG - Sara the manager of our Beall's store - she is a superstar!! the store was busy, only one checker and about 6 customers in the line. Sarah came out to open register and ask for next customer.If she only knew!!! The next customer went to her and i followed Well, that customer spent the next 15 minutes questioning every move sarar made - wanting to get discounts this and oh really it will cost that much, well never mind at on three separate items. I am a manger of a print shop and I was just so impressed with Sarah. She didn't flinch once, no dirty looks, just as polite as possible. I am one who feels customer service is important - Well Sarah exemplified it and made Beall's look good today! She definitely deserve a raise after putting up with that customer!!!"
