"The Merchandise is amazing, although tge Gainesville store has went completly downhill in the past 4 months! I am a very frequent shopper and I am almost done with shopping there simply because of the assiciates! They are very lazy, unfriendly, and do not care about the customers at all! They ONLY want to get you out the door as soon as you walk in! No Greet when you walk in! No asking if i need help or helping me when i ask for help, she said sorry we dont know we are all new here! "The specific item I wanted, and was shown in a coupon catalog, named cactus pens in pot turned out to be NO POT, and only ONE cactus pen for $3.99 each! The ad item shown DID NOT say no pot included, and the item was named CACTUS PEN POT, and SHOWED SEVERAL CACTUS PENS IN A POT! I ordered 5 of them while at the store, and when I went to pick them up was told each pen was $3.99 and did not come with any pots! Very disappointing, and high price for 1 pen!"
