"I arrived before 10 AM opening to make my purchase. I walked past two sales clerks at register area that responded only to my greeting. I spent almost 1 hour in the shoe dept, not one clerk spoke to me! There was a customer that asked me about a shoe brand as he thought I worked there! With my walking cane, and 3 boxes of shoes I made my way to the register. Again, not one inquiry from me! (Did you find everything? Is there anything else?) No customer service for this platinum member today! The clerk did tell me come back again as I left. If Bealls had not been the only store on our small town to carry the Easy Spirit brand, I would have left."
