"Not only did I find everything I was looking for, the value was great too! The store was alittle short on employees, so I waited until the next person was ready to check out and asked if the young lady would hold my item while I used the restroom; she was friendly and then thanked the customer who allowed me to step into line for a moment. When I returned to that register, I waited in line. As I did so, I observed the patience that the associate Taylor exhibited toward a particularly challenging guest. Just before she started ringing me up, two ladies behind me were talking to one another about being short on time. I assured them that my observations were that Taylor would check me out quickly, which she did. When I got to my car, it dawned on me that I might be able to pick up a couple greeting cards if I returned to Bealls. I called the store from my car and was assured that they had greeting cards. As I passed Taylor's checkout there in jewelry, I asked where I'd find the store's greeting card selection. Taylor wasn't busy when I came to the jewelry counter. After she rang me up, there was no one behind me, so I complimented her service, asked for her name and how to let the company know how wonderful she had been. That's how I can provide her name (Taylor) and her employee #: 1618428. I'm a retired professor of education. I used to work retail when I was young. My experiences in retail as well in teaching and teacher training provide me with the ability to recognize an asset to a store, as well as in the setting of a school. This store has a tremendous plus in the person of Taylor!!!"

"The store closest to my home has a very limited Men's Big & Tall department. Since I was in a larger town, I thought I would look to see if they had anything more to offer. Wow! What a selection, and the sale prices were fantastic! I wish the Paris, TX store carried so much stock in this department."

"I was from out of town. I had a $10 off coupon, and a 25% off coupon. I had a cosmetic purchase, which was excluded and the purse I purchased ended in an 8 so it was unqualified for either the $10 off coupon OR the 25% discount coupon. This made me VERY unhappy and feel that Bealls is controlling how individuals can use coupons they receive and only can be applied to what Bealls wants them to be used for rather than anything the customer chooses -- very misleading. I understand the Clinique cosmetic purchase but one or both of the coupons should have been allowed on the purchase purchase. Again -- very disappointed in my experience this trip!!"
"I enjoy shopping at Bealls. Depending on the store I visit, some of the petite sizes are geared toward the older women- even though I fit that category, I don’t want everything to be elastic waist and polyester. I was disappointed that I could not use my $5 reward coupon with any other offer. The 25% off was a better deal, so why give $5?"
