"I appreciate the variety of items. Unfortunately, when checking out, it left a bad impression. The lady checking me out spoke so quickly and mumbled so I had to ask her to repeat everything she said. She was telling me something about an age discount and I needed to show her my driver's license. Did I want to download an app on my phone, did I want to open a charge card, why not?......It was quite annoying to have someone ripping off all those questions and then being asked why not?! I honestly think I missed parts of what she was saying because she spoke so fast....and never really looked at me. As if she was more interested in what was going on behind me at the perfume/makeup counter. Oh well....I'll shop there again but hopefully not be bombarded with all the questions next time."

"The Manager was on the floor, I asked him for help finding the item I wanted, He and a sales clerk look several places to no avail. He has always been very helpful, whenever I have asked for is help. the sales ladies are always friendly, but very busy. I'll keep checking in when I want something, even though I am always exhausted when I leave the store."

"The store does offer petite sizes, but the selection is limited. Many of the styles are not to my liking, but I am too short to wear regular women's sizes."

"After finding only 2 items, I went to the Round Rock, TX store. OMG That store is so DIRTY and SMELLY. The women's clothing section was reduced to less than 1/8 of the store and only TWO small rack of petite clothing. I asked a clerk if the were about to move or remodel and she said no. I was surprised as that could have been the only explanation for the state of this store in Round Rock, TX"
