"The staff at this store location are always very pleasant. The store associate that was walking around noticed that we were carrying a lot of items and brought us a shopping cart, without asking if we needed it. I also found ornaments on your tree I wanted to purchase for my office and the sales associate who decorated that tree was helpful in searching for more ornaments with me."

"I had a credit card for at least five years and when my sister moved back to my area your company got my bills and hers mixed up my payments were being added to her acct each month instead of mine, needless to say after making complaints they shut my card down saying I owed like 900.00 bucks when in fact I pulled up all my receipts copied showing I paid on time and in full each month with a zero balance , and nothing was done to rectify and restore my account I paid in the store each month, we both had the same last name and same address and I got the shaft! Totally unprofessional and unfair!"
